I am an Advanced Practitioner of Responsive Hypnotherapy© and an Advanced Certified BWRT® Practitioner based in Bexleyheath, Kent DA7.
I imagine you have arrived at my website because you are either simply curious or need some kind of change in your life… so please take your time and when you’re ready, feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
You are unique, so I tailor every one of my sessions to suit you as an individual… not the other way round.
Every one of my sessions is conducted in a professional, non-judgemental and very relaxed manner. We go on your journey of change together.. to create a better future for you.
“Wendy worked with me on these negative feelings and replaced them (somehow!) with more positive ones”
I mainly use a modern solution focused Responsive Hypnotherapy which is faster, flexible and therefore more effective.
I also use BB4B® (BroadBand for the Brain) which is an Autonomic Nervous System Therapy based on the premise that we all already have enough in the way of resource and ‘mind power’ to heal our bodies and resolve many psychological issues.
*NEW* PURE RELAXATION HYPNOTHERAPY SESSION – I now offer a ‘Pure Relaxation’ session at just £30… click here for more information.
As an alternative to hypnotherapy, I offer a solution focused behavioural psychotherapy called BWRT® (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy). It is NOT hypnosis and is carried out in a completely conscious state. It’s new, it’s exciting and it’s fast.
Please click on this link to my BWRT page for more information.
Call or contact me for a free, no obligation, telephone call (lasting approximately 20 minutes) regardless of which therapy you are thinking of.
One last thing…
• Are you ready for change?
• Do you appreciate that any outcome is as much fully dependant upon your own personal level of commitment to the whole process?
• Are you fully prepared to play your part in bringing about the successful outcome you require?
• Are you doing this 100% for YOU and not to please anyone else (for that’s just a bonus)?
“Change happens when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change.” Tony Robbins
